Prior to the plating process, a surface must be cleaned to offer a perfectly pure substrate to receive a metallic finish with good adhesion. Dirt and oxides must be removed in appropriate conditions. Cleaning Systems
Our cleaner portfolio includes modular, two-part liquid systems, with a balanced mixture of inorganic alkaline builders and organic surfactant packages, customized for specific applications. These solutions are used in the make-up of immersion, spray, ultrasonic, and electrolytic cleaners for all substrates. They come in highly concentrated liquid form, making storage, handling, and drum disposal easier, and are an optimal choice for liquid feed systems.
