Scott Bailey, North America Industry Manager at MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions, has been recognized as one of Products Finishing’s 40 Under 40 for 2024. This honor is awarded to young leaders in the surface finishing industry based on a variety of criteria, including leadership and industry involvement.
Scott joined the surface finishing industry in 2014 after obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Lindenwood University. Over the past 10 years, Scott has held a variety of positions within technical service and sales, gaining field knowledge and technical expertise, while building relationships across the mid-western United States. In January 2024, Scott was promoted to Industry Manager, North America, focusing on MacDermid Enthone’s decorative solutions.
