ENVIROZIN 240 is a state-of-the-art alkaline, non-cyanide, zinc process, characterized by excellent throwing power and a high deposition rate.

Operational advantage

ENVIROZIN 240 produces very uniform, bright deposits over a wide range of current densities. It can be post-treated with any of our zinc passivates, fulfilling all specified requirements for zinc-based coatings.

Layering properties

ENVIROZIN 240 zinc deposits feature excellent adhesion to the base material and are very ductile.

Versatility

The process is suited for rack and barrel applications and has a high current efficiency. It can be run on either potassium or sodium hydroxide.
