Waterbury, CT – March 3, 2025 – MacDermid Enthone, a leading surface finishing technology provider, has announced that Graeme Dickinson has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager. Dickinson, who has been leading MacDermid Graphics Solutions since 2023, brings over two decades of experience across a broad set of industry verticals, having spent a substantial portion of his career in specialty materials product management, manufacturing, and new product development.
In his new role, Dickinson will be responsible for leading the global MacDermid Enthone business, driving its strategy, expanding its market penetration, and enhancing its industry-leading technologies and service for our international customers, partners, and stakeholders. He succeeds former Senior Global Vice President, Richard Lynch, who led the MacDermid Enthone global business for over 5 years.

During his time with MacDermid Graphics Solutions, Dickinson proved to be an exceptional leader, driving thoughtful strategy development, expert process improvement across multiple areas of the business, and delivering strong earnings growth. Dickinson holds a B.S. and M.S. in Materials Science Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business.
